Service Terms of Service

These Service Terms, referred to as the “Terms”, control your access to and use of the website Kwantum Ki and the AI market platform, together referred to as the “Service”, operated by Kwantum Ki Inc. (the “Kwantum Ki”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, you must not use the Service.
1. Who May Use the Service
You must be 18 or older to use the Service. By accessing it, you confirm that you satisfy this age condition and can legally agree to these Terms. The Service is not offered where its use is prohibited by applicable law.
2. Opening an Account
Full access requires an account containing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Keep your sign-in details confidential and accept responsibility for activity under your account. If you believe access was unauthorised, notify us promptly at if you believe your account has been accessed without your approval.
We may restrict or close accounts that breach these Terms, provide misleading information, or take part in fraudulent or abusive activity.
3. What the Service Does and Does Not Do
Kwantum Ki offers AI-assisted market research, trading signals, and optional automated order placement through linked brokerage accounts. The Service is provided solely for informational and analytical use.
- Kwantum Ki does not hold, safeguard, or administer your money. Your capital stays in your brokerage or exchange account.
- We connect with your broker through API credentials configured for read-only access and, where supported, trade execution. These credentials do not permit fund withdrawals.
- Historical performance for any strategy or signal should not be treated as a dependable guide to future performance.
- Every trade carries risk, including the possibility of losing the original amount invested.
4. No Investment Recommendations
Nothing supplied through the platform Kwantum Ki is financial, investment, trading, or other professional advice. AI signals and analytics are informational tools only. Consider consulting a qualified financial professional before making investment choices. Kwantum Ki is not registered as an investment adviser, dealer, or financial planner.
5. Charges and Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice. Listed prices do not include applicable taxes, which remain payable by you. Plans are charged in advance monthly or annually. At our discretion, a new subscriber may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of the first charge.
6. Permitted Use
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service unlawfully or contrary to an applicable law, rule, or requirement.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the platform’s source code.
- Deploy automated tools to scrape, crawl, or collect information from the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or use any portion of the Service commercially without our prior written permission.
- Disrupt, impair, damage, interfere with, or diminish the performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Carry out market manipulation, front-running, or other behaviour that breaches financial rules.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, algorithms, trademarks, and confidential technology supplied through or included in the Service are owned exclusively by Kwantum Ki or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership or any other proprietary right to you. Our trademarks and logos may not be used without prior written permission.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Kwantum Ki DOES NOT REPRESENT THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS, OR THAT IT WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL ELEMENTS.
9. Liability Restrictions
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Kwantum Ki WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WARNED SUCH DAMAGES COULD OCCUR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Kwantum Ki DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT CAUSED THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and keep harmless Kwantum Ki and its officers, directors, staff and representatives against claims, duties, losses, damage and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or connected with your use of the Service, breach of these Terms or violation of another party’s rights.
11. Ending Access
You can close your account through account settings or by contacting . We may suspend or end access immediately after a breach of these Terms. Once access ends, your permission to use the Service also ends, and account information may be removed in line with our Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable Law and Resolving Disputes
These Terms are governed by Ontario law and the applicable laws of Canada, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will initially be referred to binding arbitration in Toronto under the relevant Canadian arbitration rules. Users in the European Union or United Kingdom may also bring claims in their competent local courts.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material revisions will be communicated at least 14 days beforehand by email or notice on the platform. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
